    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

    At Emtec, we do not hire employees, we hire associates. We believe each individual has a key role to play in our success. When we look at people who want to join our team, we look for people who have an entrepreneurial approach. Individuals who are proactive and take ownership of getting things done. Problem solvers who are great collaborators would succeed in our organization. We are a hard working, fun loving crew and are looking for like minded people to join us in our journey!

    Many technology and sales areas are in demand here at Emtec! In our upcoming fiscal year, our focus is to grow all of our Practices. We will be hiring Oracle Specialists(OBIEE, EBS, Peoplesoft, Taleo, HFM and other skills), Salesforce Experts, Applications and Innvoation Evangelists ( .Net, QA, Java with Managed Services) and Infrstructure Experts ( Helpdesk, Network Engineers).
