Perks and Programs
We asked Zurixx to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.
- Medical, Dental and Vision: All full-time regular employees are eligible to participate in any medical, dental and vision benefits plan. Zurixx will contribute up to $200 towards the company medical plan.
- Paid Time Off: All full-time regular salaried and hourly staff are eligible to receive PTO. Zurixx offers 15 days per calendar year.
- Holiday Pay: All full-time regular salaried employees will receive holiday pay for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve (Half Day), and New Year's Eve (Half Day).
- Bonuses: All regular employees are eligible for up to a 10% bonus at the end of the year.
- WinterFest: At the beginning of every year we do snowmobiling, skiing, sledding and a nice dinner up the canyon. It's a blast and employees are able to invite their entire families to spend the weekend with Zurixx enjoying winter activities.
- SummerFest: Every summer Zurixx takes the entire company to Jordanelle Reservoir for a fun weekend of boating, water activities, and grilling.
- Gala: The Gala is Zurixx's black tie event in Salt Lake City where employees dress to the nines and are recognized for their hard work and dedication to the company. Provided are raffles, amazing food, and stellar performances!
- Spa Benefits: All regular employees are eligible for a company-paid spa treatment twice a month. And don't worry - if massages aren't you thing, you can give yours to a friend or family member!
- New Office Perks: We have a brand new office in Cottonwood Heights that features unlimited snacks and drinks. We also have massage chairs, arcade games, a pool table, 80-inch TVs on almost every wall, and multiple gaming systems. Our building features a new gym that all employees are able to use and locker rooms with showers.
- Company Lunches: Every other Friday Zurixx provides lunch to all employees. There are also department lunches once a month.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Zurixx has a work hard/play hard culture. We empower our employees to make decisions that move the business forward and involve them in the decision-making process. We provide a lot in terms of compensation and benefits and so we expect a lot in terms of performance. Employees who are self-motivated and focused on team gains instead of individual recognition thrive in our environment.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Blow us away from the start. Your resume needs to showcase your accomplishments and achievements. Tell us how you set and achieve goals during the interview process. Zurixx doesn't hire ordinary. Our employees work well under pressure and are able to multi task in order to meet deadlines.
