What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We are all about collaboration and learning from each other, within teams and between teams. You’ll thrive if you’re community-minded, as we offer a ton of volunteer opportunities for our employees to get involved in. We are always looking for people who will work hard and be great team players, but who also don’t take themselves too seriously; we make time for impromptu dance parties, weekly happy hours, puppy live cams and standing-desk races.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Our brand starts with our employees, so the most important thing we look for in candidates is that they share our company values. We are hiring across the board! Obviously we’re a software company, so we’re always looking for talented engineers. We’re also looking to hire Account Executives to continue to grow our impressive customer base, as well as plenty of Support and Customer Success roles to make sure all those customers keep loving Zendesk!
