We asked Zebu Compliance Solutions to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Annual Trip: Each year, employees go on a company-paid trip. This year employees and their families take a group trip to West Virginia, where they'll participate in outdoor adventures like white-water rafting, and hiking. There will also be a pool party with live band and open bar as well as several other catered meals included.
  • Pets and Children: The office is a dog- and child-friendly office. Employees are happy to bring their pets to work. Zebu understands when daycare falls through, so all employees are welcome to bring their children to the office.
  • Extended Holidays: For the annual Christmas party, employees get together at the office and enjoy a catered event. Zebu also has a potluck Thanksgiving party where everyone brings a dish to share. Employees get the day after Thanksgiving off and half of Christmas Eve off to spend extra time with their families.
  • Celebrations: Zebu employees hold dress up competitions at Halloween, enjoy cook-outs during the annual community festival River Days, and sometimes even celebrate "Friday" with a company-wide lunch.
  • Onsite Facilities: The Zebu office provides a fully equipped kitchen and also exercise equipment for employees to use.
  • Wellness Benefits: Zebu provides medical insurance premium reimbursements to employees that participate in wellness activities. These activities range from running and working out at the gym to participating in the daily company walk. Zebu also offers reimbursements for Fitness Activities including Fitness Center Membership Fees, Event Entry Fees, and Fitness Equipment Purchases. The employee can be reimbursed up to $440 per year and their spouse or significant other can be reimbursed up to $225 per year.
  • Professional Dues and Continuing Education: Zebu covers all fees associated with Professional Memberships and Continuing Education for employees.
  • Student Loan Assistance: All employees have the option to choose Student Loan Assistance instead of a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Fidelity IRA. If Student Loan Assistance is chosen instead of an HSA, Zebu will match $750 employee or $1,500 family. If Student Loan Assistance is chosen instead of an IRA, Zebu will match the employee's payments up to 3% of employee's salary.
