    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

    Although there is some variation depending on the role, the most important characteristics we are look for are perseverance, interpersonal courage, customer focus, ability to build effective teams, problem solving, a drive for results, listening, and an aptitude to learn on the fly. These characteristics are very closely aligned to our core values of Own Our Customers’ Success, Keep Your Word, Question Authority, Treat Others with Respect, Results Matter, and Commit Yourself to Greatness.

    What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

    It resonates with us when prospective employees demonstrate that they've taken the time to understand our business and industry. Beyond anything else what gets our attention is when people demonstrate that they are supremely talented at what they do, and are also good citizens who will fit into our culture and will be great team players.


    Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?

    This varies by department. Examples include a puzzle-based assessment for joining our technology department, and demonstrating computer usage and vocal delivery abilities to become a member of our sales team. We sometimes also require prospective employees to give a presentation on a specific topic.   


    Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

    Filling roles across our sales and technology departments are a particularly big focus in the coming year. We will also continue to hire service, marketing, corporate and product professionals.
