By aggregating restaurant options in the local area, Seamless permits each employee to order meals from their favorite hot spots.   • AnyPerk Program: As we continue to expand our office locations, we want all of our employees to enjoy local discounts on things that complement their lifestyles.   • Paid Parental Leave: As an organization, we embrace parenthood and show our support by offering all new parents up to two months paid leave. We encourage Yexters to focus 100% of their energy and attention on their families during such an important moment in their lives.   • Wholistic Wellness Program: Keeping Yexters healthy and stress-free is our top priority. The HR Team also partners with different departments to facilitate wellness challenges tailored to their own personal preferences and styles.
  • Employee Recognition Programs: We pride ourselves on recognizing top talent with outstanding reward programs. And we tailor our recognition programs to support the preferences of each team. Our Revenue Department, for example, treats its top six sellers (and their plus ones) to an all-expense-paid tropical vacation each year.
