  • Seamless Program: Yext’s Seamless Program allows U.S. employees to order whatever their palate desires twice a day for $17 per meal. By aggregating restaurant options in the local area, this platform permits each employee to order meals from their favorite hot spots. Forget cuisine compromises and imagine a place where whatever you crave is just a click away.
  • Fond Program: As we continue to expand our office locations, we want our U.S. employees to enjoy local discounts that enhance their lifestyles. Through our perk platform, Fond, Yexters can experience substantial discounts on goods and services such as telecom packages, gym memberships, child and pet care, and high-end retail. With a 90% participation rate, this popular benefit leads to significant cost savings for the bulk of our workforce.
  • Paid Parental Leave: As an organization, we embrace parenthood and show our support by offering primary caregivers up to 16 weeks and secondary caregivers up to 12 weeks of paid leave. We encourage Yexters to focus 100% of their energy and attention on their families during such an important time in their lives. This program also includes "baby bucks," a $500 bonus from Yext for new parents to help with any and all costs affiliated with their newborn. Icing on the cake includes an adorable Yext-branded onesie package sent to the home of all new parents just days following the introduction of their new child.
  • Employee Resource Groups: At Yext, we recognize that fostering both a diverse and inclusive workplace is fundamental to the long-term success of our organization. Our Diversity and Inclusion program, dubbed Intersect, is comprised of the following Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Empower (Women), Embrace (Employees of Color), Express (LGBTQ+), and Equip (Employees with Disabilities). These groups are led and driven by our passionate employees and sponsored by members of our Executive team. Each ERG operates under a crafted business plan which include initiatives to attract great talent, develop our employees internally, and volunteer within our community.
  • Wellness Program: Keeping Yexters healthy and stress-free is our top priority. Therefore we offer an array of wellness initiatives throughout the year that include gym membership reimbursements, photo contests to showcase our healthy lifestyles, on-site yoga sessions, biometric screenings, flu shots, and massages. Every quarter, we partner with Eden Health to hold an all-day, on-site clinic for employees to see a doctor without leaving the Yext office. This benefit is offered to our employees in New York City and Tysons Corner, VA. This new partnership has allowed our employees to feel nourished, empowered, and in control of their health.
  • Employee Recognition Program: We pride ourselves on recognizing top talent with outstanding reward programs, and tailor our recognition programs to support the preferences of each team. For example, our Revenue Department awards its ten top sellers, along with their plus one, an all-expense paid vacation each year, while our Operations and Marketing teams survey their groups every quarter and award employees nominated by their peers customized company swag, gift certificates, and engraved trophies.
  • Community Outreach: We believe in empowering all Yexters to pursue charitable giving opportunities. Teams throughout the company are dedicated to giving back to our community. For example, our Empower ERG fundraises for local breast cancer walks and our Equip ERG fundraises for local groups that assist the disabled. Most recently, members of our Sales teams held a 5K run to raise money for victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. We support and encourage all Yexters in their community outreach efforts.
  • Flexible Time Off: At Yext, we trust our employees to find a rhythm that works in sync with their health, happiness, and workflow. This is why, for the majority of our employees, we do not set limits around maximum vacation days and encourage rest and relaxation.
  • Unofficial Celebratory Days: From National Donut Day to the sporadic Taco Tuesdays, we never miss an opportunity to have fun, socialize, and indulge in tasty treats. When signing new clients in the food services industry, we often surprise our employees with treats from their menus to celebrate.
  • Sustainability Program: Our employees are extremely conscious of their carbon footprint and the company's impact on our local environment. This year, our employees launched a sustainability program to educate, inspire, and empower employees to live sustainably in and out of the office. Implemented by the team, we now use programs like Terracycle’s Zero Waste Box to recycle plastic bags.

We are hiring for all of our departments; however, we will be focusing the majority of our efforts on Revenue (Sales / Services) and Technology (Software Engineering / Product) including leadership and individual contributor roles. We will continue to scale our workforce both in the US and international markets to take advantage of all the exciting opportunities in the Digital Knowledge Management landscape.
