  • Profit Sharing: WPS provides an annual profit sharing bonus. Tenure and position do not matter as each employee receives an equal share of the profit.
  • President’s Club Trip: WPS provides a President’s Club Trip annually for top-performers and their guests. Every employee has an opportunity to win the trip. Past destinations include StarClipper Treasure Islands Cruise, Sonoma, Ireland, Scotland, Munich Germany for Oktoberfest, Cabo San Lucas, and the Dominican Republic. This year’s trip is to Rome, Italy.
  • Birthday Holiday: WPS provides each employee with their birthday as a paid holiday.
  • Company Picnic and Ballgame: WPS provides each employee and their family the opportunity to spend the day at an amusement park, enjoy the rides and a picnic and then attend a baseball game. Last year, this event was held at Kennywood Park with a Pittsburgh Pirates game the evening before.
  • First Citizen Award: WPS rewards employees each month for exceptional customer service. Employees and customers are encouraged to nominate employees for going above and beyond normal expectations. Each First Citizen winner receives $50 and one annual winner will achieve the President’s Club Trip.
  • Bright Idea: WPS rewards any employee who comes up with a bright idea that will either improve efficiencies or save the company money with a $50 bonus.
  • New Hire Referral Program: WPS rewards employees who refer new employees with a $250 bonus upon hire and a $250 bonus after 180 days.
  • Paid Life Insurance: WPS provides a life insurance policy for each employee in the amount of $20,000.
  • Leads Program: Any WPS employee who provides a sales lead that results in a sale will receive a 1.5% of the revenue bonus.

    Connecting with any one from the management team on Linked In or other social media platforms is the quickest way to get our attention.   We look for individuals who publish posts and articles and have innovative thoughts on the use of technology to help others do better business.

    We have openings in many of our locations for Business Relationship Managers, Technology Sales Engineers, and Help Desk Specialists.
