What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
The main characteristic we look for in an applicant is the ability to demonstrate our values. Our values are: being committed to greatness, action driven, customer centric and recognizing the importance of collaboration and teamwork.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees can get our attention in a variety of ways. Our careers homepage is an easy place to start by submitting a resume and cover letter. If there isn't a job opening that fits a candidate’s interest and qualifications, prospective employees are invited to connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, The Muse, YouTube and Google+. Students can find us at numerous university career fairs across the country, and of course, a candidate can always call.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Over the next year, the most in-demand positions for hiring will include those in our sales, engineering and customer-facing teams. These positions will be filled by developers and engineers, accountants, salespeople and customer success professionals.
