What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
The standout candidates will follow through in the interview process and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. These applicants will show interest in the role, ask questions about the brand and culture as well as demonstrate that they have done their research on the company. The best candidates drive the interview process and engage in a discussion with the recruiter. A few other tips: never underestimate the power of a firm handshake, eye contact and a positive and outgoing demeanor.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
While we have consistently experienced company growth over the past years and added additional headcount in all functional areas, our focus over the next year is primarily based in Restaurant Operations and Franchise Support.
