What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

The standout candidates will be accessible and responsive throughout the recruiting process. These candidates will research the brand, and have questions ready to discuss regarding the role and culture within the Restauarnt Support Center. We are looking for confident individuals that are looking to grow with a company and create strong working relationships within the team. We will hone in on candidates that are the most engaged during the interview process and showcase their qualifications, demonstrate a positive attitude, firm handshake and friendly demeanor.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are continuing our efforts in building our franchise support system in the field. Therefore, this year we are focusing the majority of our recruiting efforts on field based operations support. As always we will continue to grow our support talent at the Restaurant Support Center as well.
