The vision of Western Reserve Hospital is to be all about the patient, and we work to recruit individuals who share that vision. There are several steps to the recruitment process, including a phone interview with Human Resources, an in person meeting with Human Resources, and interview with the hiring manager and often times meeting with future coworkers within the department. We strive to provide candidates with the most comprehensive and detailed look at the workplace environment, to ensure they fully understand the job and their prospective team. We look for dynamic individuals to help us move our hospital and community forward, to improve delivery of the safest, highest quality care.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
As we continue to grow in locations and services, nursing and allied health positions are in high demand, along with various support and clerical positions. We consistently seek candidates who are ready to jump in and deliver the highest quality care. We will be looking for nursing, allied health professionals, support and clerical roles with candidates who are compassionate, energetic and innovative.
