Perks and Programs

We asked West Monroe Partners to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Chief Recognition Officer Initiatives: To be a great place to work, our employees must have a vested interest in individual success as well as our firm’s success. Our Chief Recognition Officer distributes accolades to employees nominated by their peers for going above and beyond. There are many ways to recognize and celebrate team members and coworkers.
  • Spot bonuses: We provide spot bonuses for outstanding client delivery performances. These awards are not planned or regular; rather, they recognize truly “heroic” efforts to deliver the best client solutions as those efforts occur. Spot bonuses range from $1,800 to $10,000. We also distribute $1000 gift cards to individuals with chargeability consistently over 100%.
  • Nights away from home: We recognize nights away from home—a fact of life in our profession. Our travel bonus is a financial reward for consultants who spend significant nights away from home serving our clients. We have established thresholds for travel bonuses, and we review for achievement three times a year. Reaching or exceeding each threshold warrants a $3,000 bonus. An individual may receive up to $9,000 annually in travel bonus.
  • Early office closings: Before holidays we close the office early from time to time to recognize long hours and dedication.
  • Snacks and beverages: Free healthy snacks and beverages are available in all our offices to all employees
  • EAP: Today's workforce faces increasing challenges in balancing their professional and personal lives. Personal concerns, such as caring for an elderly relative, experiencing depression, or struggling with the financial and emotional strain of a divorce can overwhelm you, reducing your ability to manage home and work. Metropolitan Family Services Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential service available to you 24/7 to help you maintain a healthy, balanced professional and personal life. The EAP is staffed with trained professionals who are equipped to handle a variety of concerns related to work or personal issues and can provide confidential counseling and/or referral services. They can help you with everything from stress management to childcare resources, from substance abuse problems to help with your personal finances.
  • Fitness Formula: West Monroe Partners has partnered with Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) on their payroll-deducted employee fitness benefit program. FC offers a variety of amenities such as: fitness classes, personal training, physical therapy, group training and much more! Please contact HR for a listing of the FFC locations and membership rates.
  • Brooks Brothers: WMP employees may enroll in a complimentary Brooks Brothers Corporate Membership Card to receive an everyday 15% savings on full priced merchandise at Brooks Brothers U.S. and Canadian stores, by phone and online at BrooksBrothers.com.
  • BMW and Mini Discount: West Monroe partners with BMW of North America to offer "Best Pricing Available" for a new BMW/MINI model. This BMW Group partnership program is available nationwide. Our employees have access to "Best Pricing Available" extra cash discount and BMW/MINI FS lease program which includes an interest rate reduction.
  • Diamondback bikes and products: With the Corporate program you have direct access to current model year and prior year products at unbeatable discounts so you can ride the best for less.
