What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We conduct a “WMP Fit” interview that is focused on assessing the personality qualities that represent successful employees. In particular, we look for these attributes: confidence, flexibility, motivation, and curiosity. This interview also assesses whether a candidate has “what it takes” and is interested after we set expectations around travel, flexibility, hours, autonomy, initiative, and collaboration.
