  • Learning and Development: Wesley Enhanced Living provides a learning environment for employees. All employees have access to over 800 courses through WEL University's Online Learning System. Employees can choose courses that are job-related or appealing to their personal interests. Nurses can earn credits required to maintain their license at no cost to them.  Through our Learning Center, employees have access to our Staff Development Team dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees through course offerings such as: New Hire Orientation, Personal Care Medication Administration Certification, CPR, Dementia Training, Customer Service, Diabetic Education, and Caregiver Training.
  • Leadership Development Program: Wesley Enhanced Living's Leadership Development Program provides professional development to leaders within the organization. Each course focuses on providing leaders with tools and information they can start using immediately.
  • Milestone Service Awards Program: Through Wesley Enhanced Living's Service Awards Program, we recognize employees for their years of service starting at their five year anniversary and every five years thereafter. Employees are honored at a formal recognition event and are able to select an award of their choice commemorating their milestone.  
  • SQAPE Program: As an organization, Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) is dedicated to quality. Its vision is to create a new paradigm in aging services for the next generation. Sustainable Quality Assurance and Performance Enhancement (SQAPE) is an on-going program that reflects a commitment to and a focus on assuring a standard of excellence in all aspects of WEL’s services, business and operations. Its purpose is to realize our vision by engaging all employees, residents,their families, our stakeholders, and our business partners to strive for and achieve even higher standards of excellence in everything we do.
  • Health Benefits: Wesley Enhanced Living offers choice and flexibility with three comprehensive health plans to choose from. This includes: medical, prescription, and vision. Employees may also elect a PPO or DMO dental plan. 
  • Group Life and Disability Insurance: Wesley Enhanced Living pays 100% of the premium for Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-term Disability. Life Insurance and AD&D is equal to one times the employees annual salary. Long-term Disability provides coverage equal to 60% of the employees annual salary. 
  • Voluntary Benefits: Employees have access to a variety of voluntary benefits to meet their lifestyle needs. These offerings include: Pre-Paid Legal and Identity Theft Protection; Telemedicine; Accident Insurance; Critical illness Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance; Dependent Life Insurance; and Pet Insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Employees can reduce taxable income by participating in any/or all of the Flexible Spending Accounts offered (Health Care Spending, Dependent Care Spending, and Transportation/Commuter). Each plan offers the convenience of a debit MasterCard for fast and easy reimbursement.
  • Wellness Program: Wesley Enhanced Living recognizes the importance of good health and wellness. Our Wellness Program provides a variety of programs and incentives to help employees achieve their wellness goals. Employees can participate in educational wellness fairs, competitive fitness challenges, tobacco cessation, weight loss and fitness programs, and can gain access to other tools and resources to promote a healthy lifestyle. To provide employees with total work/life balance, they also have access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Retirement Planning: To help employees prepare for retirement, employees can participate in Wesley Enhanced Living's 401(k) or Roth 401(k) plans. Wesley Enhanced Living will match a minimum of 4% and will consider an additional discretionary match on an annual basis. To help employees determine which plan is right for them, financial education is available.
