  • zzzMail: Vynamic’s motto is “Life is Short. Work Healthy.” To Promote better balance, the zzzMail policy was created: employees are to refrain from sending emails to other employees between 10pm and 6am Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, and all Vynamic holidays. In urgent matters, a call or text is preferred over email. While it might sound counterintuitive, structured disengagement will fuel improved employee engagement.
  • Choose Your Own Community Adventure: Supporting the team in following their local community passions, team donates time and Vynamic donates $100 on their behalf. There are two team choice awards, $5,000 each, donated to community causes of the team's choosing.
  • Value Awards: The "V" in Vynamic stands for values and vitality. We are a values based organization. Annually, five team members are recognized for exemplifying our values (living, leading, learning, growing, and thriving). Winners are nominated by any member of the company, and are announced at our annual year-end team celebration.
  • Be Your Best Self: Team members are given $100 per quarter towards the health goal of their choice. Our Health and Care Lead offers guidance and support throughout.
  • FitBit Movement Challenge: Challenge the team to walk more, by pulling the Top 10 Steppers weekly for the leaderboard and reward folks with a monthly $100 and annual fitness gear makeover. Vynamic also reimburses team members 50% of the cost for a FitBit.
  • Healthy Hour: From 4pm to 5pm every Friday, an activity focused on health and fitness, such as yoga, barre, and boot camps.
  • Thrive Live: Thrive Live empowers team members to share their passions. Each month, a Thrive Live Captain plans and executes an event and invites the entire company to join in on the fun.
  • Parental Policy: 16 weeks, 100% paid for new mothers. 2 weeks, 100% paid for new fathers.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

As a company who celebrates and empowers the individual, we want to know what inspires you. If you’re passionate about the healthcare industry, tell us why; if you live for driving change, tell us what you’ve done; if you’re ready for consulting without a safety net, tell us how you lead.  Our ideal candidate also holds a bachelor’s degree and minimum of three years of experience at a leading management consulting firm (Big 4 experience preferred).  While healthcare industry is a bonus, we do look for team members who have relevant functional experience in delivery projects in one or more of Vynamic’s service offerings: Strategic Planning, Organizational Change, Process Design, Vendor Selection & Management, and Systems Implementation.
