  • zzzMail: Vynamic’s motto is “Life is Short. Work Healthy.” To Promote better balance, the zzzMail policy was created: employees are to refrain from sending emails to other employees between 10pm and 6am Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, and all Vynamic holidays. In urgent matters, a call or text is preferred over email. While it might sound counterintuitive, structured disengagement will fuel improved employee engagement.
  • Moonshot Program: Our values (living, leading, learning, growing, thriving) support team members achieving their greatest potential, which is shown directly through our 2016 Moonshot Program. The program allows team members to grow in the way they want to. It's a foundational belief at Vynamic that what’s good for the team is good for the company. If they’re inspired and happy, it makes Vynamic a better place. Vynamic encourages the team to think of a professional goal with an uncertain probability of success yet daringly exciting to them. The program invites employees to imagine what a first step in the direction would look like regardless of what the outcome might be.
  • Choose Your Own Community Adventure: Supporting the team in following their local community passions, team donates time and Vynamic donates $100 on their behalf. There are two team choice awards, $5,000 each, donated to community causes of the team's choosing.
  • FitBit Movement Challenge: Challenge the team to walk more, by pulling the Top 10 Steppers weekly for the leaderboard and reward folks with a monthly $100 and annual fitness gear makeover. Vynamic also reimburses team members 50% of the cost for a FitBit.
  • Maternity Policy: 16 weeks, 100% paid.
  • Free Friday Lunches: Free healthy lunch on Friday's catered by local restaurants. Daily, our offices are stocked with free healthy snacks and beverages for the team to enjoy.
  • Healthy Hour: From 4pm to 5pm every Friday, an activity focused on health and fitness, such as yoga, barre, and boot camps.

    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

    We believe there is a better way.  Vynamic is built on a foundation of five core values: living, leading, learning, growing, and thriving.  Our values are at the helm of all of our decision-making, so when we look to add to our team, we’re looking for self-starters who share in our beliefs. Successful team members are passionate about the healthcare industry, curious, and innovative.  Our organization is comprised of extremely bright, hardworking, and articulate individuals who consistently demonstrate initiative, creativity, and an intense drive to ensure superior results for our clients.

    What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
