What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
At Vincit we look for employees that are self-learners, motivated, adaptable to change, effective communicators to technical and non-technical team members, team players, occasional abaility to let loose, show humor and ability to recognize and learn from mistakes.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Employees that capture our attention have a degree, interesting project/company work, have worked on side projects, have a portfolio online or where we can access their code. Big pluses are if the person has also competed in endurance competitions like marathons and triathalons, but not required.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Our primary focus for staff in hiring software developers experienced in multipe technology languages.
