There are four qualities we look for in a prospective employee: Leadership, passion, and adaptability.
As it relates to leadership, we are not talking about prospective employees who wish to manage people. We believe leadership goes far behind traditional management definitions. It involves a sense of ownership and influence put to use to improve our business and better serve our customers.
As it relates to passion, we want someone who isn’t just looking for a job, but is looking to be part of a team, working towards our mission. In such a competitive industry with players who are larger than us, the passion and resulting hard work of our team is our competitive advantage.
Finally, we seek adaptability. As a fast growing company, we are having to better define our processes and policies, while maintaining a family-oriented environment. Adaptable employees will do well in our environment.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Of course we are looking for candidates who have the skills, abilities and qualifications needed to do the opportunities we have available. More importantly, however, we want to know how a candidate will add value to Vetoquinol.
