What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Over the years we have studied our high performers, and there are a few characteristics that separate our high performers, from everyone else. They include: work ethic, being solution orientated, professional, and having a positive attitude. Prospective employees can gain our attention by first doing their research on Verigent, and the services we provide. Also, prospective employees should be aware of their own professional short term and long term goals, as we look for employees who are motivated.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are looking to hire people in a wide variety of roles from administrative to sales, but our highest volume of positions for those interested in recruiting roles, or starting in recruiting and then going through our sales training program.
