  • On-Demand Virtual Learning: All Valore Partners, staff have access to unlimited, 24/7 virtual education opportunities. They are welcome, encouraged and often rewarded for the various self-study programs that they complete. Examples include: Pluralsight, MSDN Accounts, Xamarin U etc.
  • Virtual Healthcare: All employees have access to MeMD: personalized virtual healthcare. Through this portal, staff are able to chat directly with professional healthcare or therapy provided by video, phone, or app here in Arizona. With MeMD, you can consult a therapist, nurse practitioner or doctor online and receive personalized treatment without the added expense of going to a walk in clinic or the wait to see their family doctor.
  • Gym Membership: Employees have unlimited access to an on-site gym and a number of growing fitness classes for a low, one-time fee. If they prefer a gym closer to home, they are able to submit their membership costs via their monthly expenses and will have it reimbursed up to a set amount.
  • Lunch & Learns / Tech Talks: The tech world moves fast and the best Consultants & Companies keep up. We offer regular Lunch & Learns / Tech Talks on exciting emerging technologies and/or new ways of utilizing the best of current technology.
  • Internal Support Network: Valore Partners prides itself on our collaborative environment; two heads are better than one right? We use an internal platform called Yammer which facilities cross-collaboration between our Consultants from various disciplines and teams in an on-going, real-time basis.
  • Regular Team Building Events: In a Consulting firm where our employees are working on-site with various clients scattered across the valley, we rarely have the whole company at the Head Office at one time. With this in mind, we make it a priority to organize company wide events and get-togethers so that the whole company is able to interact on a regular basis. Some of these events have included happy-hours, sushi making demonstration (and eating!), bowling nights & volunteer charity work.
  • Employee Awards & Appreciation: Without our amazing, intelligent and dedicated employees, we wouldn't be the company we are today; we give credit where credit is due! We hold biannual and annual awards nights, where various awards and prizes are presented. While our technical needs in Development, Data and Mobile will certainly be at the forefront of our hiring efforts this year and always, we may occasionally have openings for operational positions that are based out of our head office. We are also anticipating opportunities for student internships across a couple of different departments.
