What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

As a company that operates virtually, we look for ambition, leadership, and independence in our employees. They should be self-sufficient and driven to complete their responsibilities with high quality effort and deliver on time without the need for supervision. The ideal Ultra employee is bright and enthusiastic with great people skills, and someone who is able to apply their domain knowledge to benefit our clients and company. We look for highly motivated individuals who are willing to jump in and do what it takes to meet the needs of our clients and our team.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

It is always impressive when a prospective employee or interview candidate has clearly taken the time to research our company, what we do, and the educational resources on our website. It catches our attention when a candidate has submitted a form to attend a webinar or read one of our whitepapers, because this shows they want to get to know our company just as much we want to get to know them. We also look for candidates who are extremely prepared for their interviews, as we believe this skill directly translates to one's ability to master client presentations and contribute value.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are looking to continue building our organization by adding more recent college graduates to the team. Currently, we have three resources in the Business Consultant role, two of which were hired within the last month, and we are looking to add more! We are also recruiting in our Sales and Marketing Team as well as for PMI certified Project Managers with experience in enterprise technology and business process implementations.
