  • Most Wired: TMC has been recognized as a Most Wired organization for several years which allows employees access and the ability to maintain contact and connectivity throughout our hospital and buildings
  • Joint Commission Accredited: Allows everyone at TMC to increase improvement, skills attainment and to learn how we can better treat our patients in a safe environment.
  • The Marks Fund: This is an employee funded program to help employees who are facing financial issues due to personal tragedy. It was started by a patient and his family to help support our employees in time of financial need and we the employees at TMC regularly contribute to help keep the Marks fund ready and available for employees in need.
  • LEAN Organization: Allows all employees to learn LEAN principles and how the tools LEAN has can help us from front line forward to improve our processes and make work more efficient for all our staff.
