  • TrueWealth Advisor-Track Program: TrueWealth implements a comprehensive career-development framework to steward each employee to a leadership position. We hire entry-level college graduates and provide each with one-on-one coaching and guidance through five separate apprenticeships in client service, management and leadership.
  • TrueWealth University (TWU): We maintain an ever-expanding catalog of training programs and an encyclopedic knowledge-base of educational materials to provide employees with a comprehensive education in all aspects of firm culture, management philosophy, client service standards, financial planning expertise and leadership skills.
  • TrueWealth Teamphoria: TrueWealth fosters a deliberately developmental culture utilizing an employee engagement tool to facilitate continuous year-round coaching, as well as real-time 360 peer feedback and employee recognition.
  • Coaching Program: TrueWealth seeks to identify the unique strengths and maximize the true potential of each employee. All employees, including new hires, are paired with a personal coach. Coaches regularly meet with employees to provide real-time feedback, clarify job responsibilities, and guide career-path planning & goal-setting,
  • Process Improvement Round-tables: We ask all employees to log the process obstacles, inefficiencies or "hassles" encountered each day. And, once a month, we come together as a single team to openly address these concerns and find common solutions. Employees at every level are encouraged to offer their ideas for improvement and we then track those suggestions until they're fully implemented.
  • Paid Maternity & Family Medical Leave: TrueWealth employees requiring family medical leave (such as maternity leave, to care for a sick family member or bonding time with a newly adopted child) are provide additional paid leave for up to 12 weeks (above our standard 4 weeks of PTO). Family medical leave is paid at 100% for 4 weeks, 80% for 6 weeks, and 60% for an additional 2 weeks.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: TrueWealth provides tuition reimbursement for applicable graduate programs, CFP review courses, and the CFP exam (as well as other relevant credentialing programs as appropriate).
  • Height Adjustable Desks: TrueWealth employees can spend long hours in the office, so we provide every member of our team with a height adjustable desk to encourage a healthier balance of sitting and standing at work.
  • Free Parking & Reimbursed Public Transportation: TrueWealth pays for employee parking for those employees who drive to the office. However, to encourage the use of public transportation we also cover those costs for our employees.
  • Paid Health Benefits: TrueWealth pays 100% for employee premium for medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage. In addition, we provide employees with a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) through which employees can be reimbursed for a significant portion of their out-of-pocket medical expenses.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Successful employees will be polished self-starters with excellent communication skills and a solid command of technology. All positions demand a strong client service orientation, an acute attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.The fast pace of our office requires team members to possess self-confidence, a positive attitude, flexibility and an ability to continuously manage multiple priorities and tasks. What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

We hire entry-level staff with the intention of training and coaching them to become wealth advisors down the road, so show us that you are passionate about financial planning!
