True Partners supports employee passions by sponsoring sports teams, matching donations and allowing time away from the office to volunteer. In 2017, the TPC Chicago office raised over $5,000 for Special Olympics Chicago by participating in the Chicago Polar Plunge.
  • True Learn: True Learn is a national training program encompassing monthly Lunch N Learn webinars with off-site annual trainings for all levels of client facing professionals. For Managers and above, the national training is held in a tropical resort location and includes team building events.
  • True Referrals: We know that the greatest source for hiring our future True Partners is our current employee base. We rolled out a new employee referral program to capitalize on our greatest asset - our people. And in a few short months it's been well received.
  • Monthly Birthday Celebrations: We believe everyone should have their cake and eat it too - so we celebrate birthdays every month with cake.
  • Massages: We pamper our people during our busiest tax times of the year by bringing massages onsite. We know a little relaxation can go a very long way. And to us, it's worth it!
