What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

Candidates are evaluated based on a scorecard for a particular position.  The scorecard details the mission and outcomes for the position, as well as capabilities and competencies required for success. Candidates are asked behavioral-based questions matching the criteria for the position during the interview process to demonstrate they have the necessary experience and accomplishments. We look for characteristics specific to a role, as well as those that are universal to all roles. We search for candidates that fit: Culture – embrace our core values: Valuing People, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Servant Leadership, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Accountability. Character - Professional, written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to learn new skills, be self-motivated, express creativity, handle difficult situations, build relationships and lead teams. Functional – Business acumen, consulting skills, industry knowledge, business process, people management and project management. Technical – Software development, database, infrastructure, information security, cloud technology and networking skills.    

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Our talent acquisition strategy includes sources such as team member referrals, direct candidate sourcing, social media, Tribridge career sites, job boards and employment agencies.  Candidates can interact with us in various ways including following us on all social media sites as well as signing up for alerts when desired open positions become available.

 

Team member referrals are by far the largest source of hiring for Tribridge.  Applying directly to advertised positions, seeking us out on campus, attending information sessions or visiting us at career fair booths are also important vehicles.  Candidates are encouraged to follow our company news, as well as numerous blogs authored by our CEO, subject matter experts and practice leaders, to learn more about our culture, services and solutions.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

Positions we hire the most include our Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM functional and technical positions.  Additionally, software developer and project management positions are in high demand.  Finally, candidates who have experience and skills with cloud technologies, infrastructure, databases, virtual environments and operating systems, as well as customer service and human capital management are being hired with high frequency.

Interested candidates can interact with us directly on our career sites as well as create searches that will alert them to new positions both on the web and mobile devices.  Candidates can apply directly to open positions.  Additionally, following us on social media platforms and seeking our open positions on Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Monster.com will provide additional exposure.  Finally, our use of Indeed local searches allows candidates to search for positions in 11 major cities throughout the US.
