What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Candidates are evaluated based on a scorecard for a particular position. The scorecard details the mission and outcomes for the position, as well as capabilities and competencies required for success. Candidates are asked behavioral-based questions matching the criteria for the position during the interview process to demonstrate they have the necessary experience and accomplishments. We look for characteristics specific to a role, as well as those that are universal to all roles.
