What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
When considering prospective employees, Trial Runners looks for candidates that are passionate about the industry, show genuine adaptability, and provide information and/or answers that indicate they are quality-driven. We also take notice to whether or not a candidate will be a cultural fit within the company, considering things such personal accountability, positive or negative tone in their responses, their preference for team vs individually focused duties and tasks, and more.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
For a prospective employee to really gain our attention, there are several ways in which they may go about this. The first would be to show authentic interest in our company and the industry. Show us that you know who we are, what we do, and an understanding of the industry. The second is to highlight relevant achievements. Don't simply tell us where you have worked, or what your interests are, but expand on results, outcomes, and achievements you have accomplished. And finally, show us that you have a true desire to make a difference. Let us see the passionate side of you, a part of you that cares about something bigger out there in the world beyond just you or "us". These are the attributes that we are looking for and genuinely grab our attention when searching for the right candidate.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
When looking into the near future, Trial Runners is focused on adding additional clinical base positions. Specifically, we are looking to increase our project management team with another couple experienced project managers, and a few more experienced clinical research associates.
What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
