  • Discretionary Vacation Policy: There is no official vacation policy, time off is at the discretion of managers, we know balance matters and our management team supports that!
  • Fully Stocked Kitchen and Bar: We keep the team fueled up with snacks, gourmet coffee, fancy beer (two on tap along with cold brew coffee and kombucha) and a stocked fridge and pantry for a quality meal
  • Bites and Bytes Fridays: Employees enjoy catered lunch while learning about our company and our industry. Bytes & Bytes could be our CEO running us through the recent board meeting slides or even an intern presenting on their internship project. It is an opportunity for us to learn cross-functionally.

  • Celebrations: Our celebrations are legendary - we've rented out a theatre for Star Wars, a party boat on Lake Austin, a custom-cocktail bar over the holidays and plenty more
  • Keep TK Healthy: We provide employees with a gym membership or $20 monthly to pay for a gym of their choice. We also offer discounted memberships to a local yoga and fitness studios! Every employee gets standing desk. We have onsite foam rollers and have even held classes come into the office!
