What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We leverage a formal talent acquisition toolkit, which includes interviews with multiple people across the organization. Interviews are structured to include behavioral, situational and general topics. The interviewers score each of these areas with a rating of either unsatisfactory, marginal, meets expectations, exceeds expectations or exceptional. The interview team then meets to debrief and calibrate candidate scores. In addition, candidates are required to complete a cognitive and behavioral traits assessment through Criteria Corp or Wonderlic. The results are compared to the ideal scores for an individal within the specifc role. We evaluate the following behavioral traits to determine if the candidate will be a good fit within the company: achievement, assertiveness, competitiveness, conscientiousness, cooperativeness, extroversion, motivation, openness, patience, self-confidence and stress tolerance.
