What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We look for candidates that are interested in pursuing personal and professional growth, and taking advantage of the benefits we offer that assist with just that. For instance, we offer up to $3,000 per employee for continuing education or certifications that will help them in their career as well as increase tiag's professional acumen as a whole.
Cultural fit is a big focus area for our organization, so a willingness to be mentored, mentor others, and a willingness to be collaborative are all key characteristics.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
To get our hiring managers attention, candidates should have strong resumes that outline key skill sets, technical capabilities and certifications if applicable.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Candidates that are invested in growing their career in particular technical skillsets and open to cross training in different areas. For example, Application and Web Development or Business and Data Analytics. Another area for us in hiring this year are cleared candidates, people with government issued security clearances at the Secret level or higher.
