  • Healthworks Wellness Program: Clorox provides a comprehensive wellness program called Healthworks, which aims to help employees understand their current health and risk factors through an online health assessment and onsite biometric screenings. This program encourages preventive screenings, provides coaching and other resources to manage and improve health. Employees who complete an online health assessment, attest to being tobacco free (or participate in a tobacco cessation program) and participate in other fitness-related programs and challenges earn an average discount of 15% on their health insurance premiums and a $350 fitness subsidy in the subsequent year. The $350 annual fitness subsidy can be used toward a variety of uses, including gym memberships, home fitness equipment and bicycles.
  • Summer Hours: All nonproduction facilities in North America have the opportunity to observe summer hours by closing at 12:30 p.m. every Friday beginning Memorial Day and ending Labor Day. The summer hours program is intended to help employees balance their work and personal lives, ease the commute and help employees get an early start on enjoying the weekend.
  • Bravo Recognition Program: Bravo is a recognition program with three recognition elements: peer-to-peer recognition, manager recognition and special purpose recognition. Employees earns points that can be traded in for merchandise, events and travel.
  • Financial Fitness: Clorox offers financial coaching at no cost through Ayco, a division of Goldman Sachs. Ayco provides assistance with budgeting, retirement planning, college savings, home ownership, preventing identity theft and much more.
  • Vacation Purchase Program: Through the Vacation Purchase Program, employees have the option to purchase (pre-tax) up to three additional days of vacation through biweekly payroll deductions. If the vacation days are not utilized, the employee is reimbursed for them in the following year.
  • Employee Resource Groups: Clorox's seven employee resource groups help drive diversity and foster an inclusive environment that supports employees, represents our consumers, attracts great talent and supports a growth culture. They should have a sense of ownership and act as if their own name was printed on our products.
