What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Our people are what drive our vision; they create our culture and they fuel our success. Through plenty of research and conversations with inspiring professionals, we’ve dedicated our time to evolving our hiring process and making sure we get the right character fit on the front end. We do this through a rigorous interview process, inclusive of a multi profile assessment. We’ve found incredible patterns and themes that have helped us develop a success profile for working at Terakeet.
Our focus is on finding people that are adaptable and change oriented. People that get excited about chaos and a fast moving operation. We want to know that people have faced adversity, and have found ways to overcome it. And, we need people that are ambitious and dedicated to living out our mission and vision.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We’re a family, and we want people joining are teams that are going to make the fabric of this organization better. And because of that we want to know about you. We want to know you as a person, and not just a future employee. We want to know what makes you who you are.
Additionally, one thing that often gets overlooked today is relevancy and connecting yourself to the open job and/or employer. As an organization that has hired every degree of study imaginable into our entry-level marketing role, we really believe that telling a story and making your story relevant to your audience will set you a part. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are just looking to get better, stronger, and more diverse together. Regardless of role, our focus is to continue to find the best and brightest for our organization and culture.
