  • Terakeet Field Day: During the summer, Terakeet has an annual field day, inviting all employees to a local park for a cookout, yard games, and team-building events.
  • Entrepreneurship Day: Every year, Terakeet holds a hack-a-thon style event where employees can work together over the course of 36 hours to come up with new ideas to develop and present to the company founders. Projects range from new product ideas to employee benefit suggestions to recommendations for improving internal efficiencies.
  • Strategic Planning Retreats: Every 90 days the entire company goes off-site to participate in strategic planning exercises, goal setting, and a review of the previous 90 days.
  • Marc Murray Award: Terakeet presents an annual award to an employee whose peers feel best exemplifies key character traits similar to those demonstrated by Marc Murray, a former employee who passed away in 2011 from complications due to Leukemia.

Our focus is on finding people who are adaptable and change-oriented. People who get excited about controlled chaos within a fast moving operation. We want to know that an applicant has faced adversity, and found ways to overcome it. And, we need people who are dedicated to living out our vision. It’s the people who create our culture and fuel our success. And it’s important that we know we are hiring individuals whose ambition matches our vision. Through plenty of research and conversations with inspiring professionals, we’ve dedicated our time to evolving our hiring process and making sure we get the right character fit on the front end. We do this through a rigorous interview process, inclusive of a multi-profile assessment.
