  • Paid Parental Leave: TechStyle provides six weeks of paid time off for both mothers and fathers to allow them time to bond with their newborn or adopted baby. Recognizing the increased financial pressure brought on by this life event, TechStyle also offers benefit premium forgiveness for up to eight weeks allowing new parents to have one less financial worry.
  • Bonus Eligibility: Regardless of overtime eligibility, all full time employees are eligible to participate in our bonus program (excluding Fulfillment Center Associates).
  • ELT Breakfast: To maintain culture during our rapid growth, we instituted the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) Breakfast program. Each week, we host 4 options for employees to attend a small (8 person max) breakfast with a different member of our executive team. This allows them to have candid conversations, ask questions, provide feedback, and built connections with our executives. It's one of our most popular programs, and is open to all employees.
  • Company Parties: No one throws a party quite like TechStyle! Our employees are invited to attend between 4-5 large scale parties each year. We work with an external event company to ensure a wonderful time, great decorations, delicious food and drinks, and fun activities and prizes. We also host a variety of smaller events such as happy hours and barbecues throughout the year.
  • Subsidized Food and Drink: We offer our employees subsidized food and drink in our company cafe. This allows our team to receive discounted prices on breakfast, lunch, snacks, and happy hour.
  • Employee Discount: All employees are offered a 40% discount off of all merchandise, and also have access to quarterly sample sales at extremely steep discounts.
