We seek individuals who are looking for a career and not just a job, and for those positions where we seek prior experierence, seek individuals who have demonstrated work history of increased responsibility and professional growth. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We continue to have a increased need to bring in talent from the skilled trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Pipefitting, Welding, Refrigeration, Electricians) as well as individuals with experience or an interest in our industry such to perform roles in Project Management, Estimating, Mechanical Engineering and Virtual Design & Construction. An increased effort is taking place to focus on outreach and recruitment efforts at the high school vocational, trade school and college/ university programs to identify talent with an interest in our industry, and a passion to learn, grow and excel in their profession.
