In each of their first four years with the Bank, employees receive a congratulatory email on their anniversary thanking them for their service. At five years of service, employees will receive ten TD shares. Being a TD shareholder is one of the best ways to share in the long-term success of the Bank, and it’s a great way to thank employees for their hard work.
