That’s why we’re proud to offer TD’s Paid Parental Leave program. It provides up to 16 weeks paid leave to all eligible parents — men and women — welcoming a new child into their family. It’s just one way we can support you and your family’s physical, financial and emotional well-being.
  • TD Volunteer Donation Program: We are proud of the generosity of our employees, whose community spirit and engagement positively impact the lives of the people in our communities. When our employees volunteer 40 hours or more of their personal time with one qualified non-profit during a fiscal year, the TD Volunteer Network will notify that employee they are eligible to apply for a $500 donation to that non-profit in their name!
  • Employee Appreciation Week: We recognize our employees for the great work they do and for bringing their whole selves to work. To do this, we host Employee Appreciation Week each June. Teams across the footprint engage in a variety of activities and special events to thank employees for making TD Bank a great place to work. Employee Appreciation Week is all about celebrating our people and taking the time to show our appreciation for everything they do to create legendary experiences for our customers and communities, every day.   • WOW! Rewards: Employees can easily and informally acknowledge a co-worker using WOW! Rewards. Employees log in to the online platform and send their colleagues a personalized, virtual certificate or interactive e-card. Wow! Rewards often grant WOW!za points. WOW!za points are TD's internal currency that employees can use to purchase TD Bank-branded merchandise like beach chairs, luggage, clothing, barbeques, volleyballs and other sporting items. To date, employees have sent more than 365,290 online recognitions during the first year of the newly enhanced platform.   • Global Service Recognition Program: At TD, we believe all service anniversaries are important and should be recognized. For this reason, we’ve designed a program that is simple and easy to understand and recognizes all Employees equally as they achieve their five-year milestones. In each of their first four years with the Bank, Employees receive a congratulatory email on their anniversary thanking them for their service. At five years of service, Employees will receive ten TD shares! Being a shareholder of TD is one of the best ways to share in the long-term success of the Bank, and it’s a great way to thank them for their hard work!   • WOW! Awards: Each year, all employees are invited to attend the annual WOW! Awards. The WOW! Awards celebrate our employees, culture and top performers.   • FAN Mail: FAN Mail is what we call the letters of recognition our customers (FANS) send to TD Bank about a specific employee or experience.
