  • TCL Chinese Theatre: To show TCL's commitment to the U.S. market, the brand continues to grow partnerships with many trusted names in the areas of entertainment, which includes the world-famous TCL Chinese Theatre. As a member of the TCL family, our employees have access to enjoy Hollywood's newest blockbusters from their very own private suite. With one of the best views in the theatre, our employees also get the red carpet treatment and are greeted with an open bar, popcorn and candy!
  • Ping Pong Table: There's nothing like a quick ping pong match to bring a little competitive fun in the office. At TCL, we encourage our team members to take breaks and one of the go-to past times in the office is to play ping pong. It's a great way for employees to get active while at work and create bonds between coworkers.
  • Quarterly Off-Site Bonding: Every quarter, the entire TCL team gets together at the Corporate Office to share the accomplishments and future goals of the team. We then continue the day with an off-site team bonding event. From wine tasting to a few rounds of mini-golf, it's our way to keep the TCL family bond close and the company's morale up. 
  • Unlimited Snacks: To a lot of people, the way to a person's heart is through their stomach. At TCL, we took that advice to heart and have been providing snacks to our employees as one of the many ways to show our care. From cookies and granola bars to chips and fruits, there's always plenty of snacks to keep the team's hunger satisfied.
  • Community and Charity Outreach: #TCLcares for our communities. We are all one and we are committed to find ways to give back and make a positive impact. It's not just our job to make televisions, it's our moral duty to help those who are less fortunate. Every year, we pick out four charities and organizations to support and volunteer our time. It's a time to give back to those in need and create bonds between team members.
  • 100% Vested: TCL team members who participate in the company's 401K program is automatically 100% vested in TCL's contributions to their plan. Whether they have been with the company for only 6 months or 6 years, TCL believes that planning for the future is important and fully support employees saving for their future.

A candidate who is positive, open minded, values teamwork and hard work is someone who would be considered as a great fit to the TCL team. We're small in numbers, but together we accomplish great things.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Someone who exemplifies a proactive approach to their job and contributes new ideas to the team is what will get our attention. TCL is one team, and we all contribute one way or another to our success.
