How to Get Hired
We asked SyncStream Solutions for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.
What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
First and foremost, a prospective employee is a great fit for SyncStream if they have the relevant skills and experience for the position. A qualified candidate should be able to work independently, collaborate on a team, and thrive in an evolving and dynamic organization. Roles are always shifting and expectations within those roles can change. This individual is not afraid of sharing new ideas for company initiatives and is a team player.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees can get SyncStream’s attention by explaining what they can do for the company rather than what they need from it. A successful interviewee can clearly articulate how they always strive for personal growth, but they won’t make the interview solely about themselves. SyncStream looks for “big thinkers” and problem solvers who would be a positive addition to multiple areas of the company.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
SyncStream is particularly focused on hiring sales, customer service representatives, and sales support positions. Each of these positions will play an instrumental role in the company’s growth plans for this year and beyond.
What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
Interested candidates should visit SyncStream’s LinkedIn page for information on open positions. We’d also recommend candidates connect and network with any current SyncStream employees or others familiar with the organization: We’ve seen great success hiring through internal referrals. We’re also exploring relationships with companies that work in developing STEM careers.
