They should be curious, and always be on the look out for what the customer needs. It goes beyond satisfying a customer. A Stellar employee exerts passion, confidence and a can do attitude over solving their customers' biggest issues. Stellar employees exert leadership and do the right thing. They are loyal and desire a long-term rewarding career.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees should log into our webiste and go to contact and at the bottom of the page is a link to apply online. After they fill out the application they should send their resume. Our HR team will match the online application to the resume and will assign the appropriate person to talk to. Our business is people, and we are always looking for people who would fit the Stellar culture. Every resume is looked at and evaluated.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are always looking for talented Aerospace, IT, Cyber, RF, Software and System Engineers. Our positions usually require specialized technical skills. In addition to their technical skills, Stellar wants their employees to be team players and passionate about solving customers' critical needs.
