  • Profit Sharing (PSP): Each Stellar employee receives a 25% contribution to their PSP retirement account for every hour worked.  The account vests at 100% immediately.       
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO): Each employee receives a 20% contribution to their FTO account for every hour worked (which is the equivalent of 9 weeks of FTO in a standard year).  The employee has the option to use this time any way they see fit.  Unused FTO is available upon request as a taxable cash distribution.  
  • Healthcare/Wellness: Stellar pays for 100% of employee's insurance premiums for medical, dental and vision, and they pay for 80% of premiums for their dependents.  
  • Annual Meeting: Every spring Stellar hosts an Annual Business Strategic Planning meeting for its employees and their spouses/partners. The meetings have been held in: Maui, Vail, Steamboat, Napa Valley, London, Washington D.C. etc. The company puts on several parties and pays for lodging and travel.
  • Training: Every employee is required to take 40 hours of training per year (paid for by Stellar). The company encourages employees to stretch themselves and further their career. In addition to outside training, employees receive internal training through Stellar University. 
  • Empowerment: Each employee's input is valued as an important part of the company's strategic planning process to ensure alignment between your dream job and our customers' critical needs.  
  • Annual Incentive Plan: Every employee receives an annual incentive bonus plan (minimum target is 10% of base salary) tied to an employee driven strategic plan.  
  • Laptop and Cell Phone: Each employee receives a new laptop or iPad every three years, and each employee also receives a new cell phone every two years.  
  • Spot Bonuses : Bonus payments for customer service, publishing papers, participating on panels or conferences, crossing-the-boundaries. shout-outs and hiring referrals.

    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

    A great prospective employee will have the necessary technical expertise.  Our positions are specialized, and our customers expect stellar technical capability.  In addition, a potential Stellar employee communicates well and wants to be a team player.  They want to understand and solve their customers' critical needs.  They should be curious, and always be on the look out for what the customer needs.  It goes beyond satisfying a customer.  A  Stellar employee exerts passion, confidence and a can do attitude over solving their customers' biggest issues.  Stellar employees exert leadership and do the right thing.  They are loyal and desire a long-term rewarding career.  

    What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

    Prospective employees should log into our webiste and go to contact and at the bottom of the page is a link to apply online. After they fill out the application they should send their resume.  Our HR team will match the online application to the resume and will assign the appropriate person to talk to.  Our business is people, and we are always looking for people who would fit the Stellar culture.  Every resume is looked at and evaluated.
