How to Get Hired

We asked Stellar Solutions, Inc. for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We really look for self-starters that are engaged and believe in the Stellar vision of satisfying customer critical needs while realizing our dream jobs.  Because our employees are dispersed working at customer sites it's critical that they can take initiative, hold their own with the customer, represent Stellar, and make an effort to stay connected to their colleagues and the company.  We also rely heavily on employees to spot growth opportunities, potential new projects, and "stellar" candidates that we would want to hire as they are immersed in the customer environment every day, so we look for people that are willing and able to do that as well.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Reach out to us!  You can apply directly through our website -  We review every resume that comes in.  Even if you're not actively looking for a job right now and just want to get on our radar, we keep a candidate database that we search regularly as opportunities arise for candidates that we've already vetted who might be a fit.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are always looking for strong systems engineers with various areas of expertise.  From a business operations perspective, this year we are also lookinng into hiring a Director of Talent Management as well to work with our leadership team on our recruiting and hiring processes.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
