What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We look for people that light up when we talk about the work we do.  If you are excited about what we do and how you can contribute to that then that is a foundational element of what makes someone successful.  The other key element is that they resonate and align with our purpose and values.  

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

The number one thing is to get in a conversation with us.  Many times we meet people out in the world and begin to get to know them and they get to know us.  Over time those relationships turn into people that we want to have come join us in our business.  Finding a way in the world to get in a conversation with us is a great way to get our attention.  

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are looking for service based operational team members.  We are also looking for new executive coaches.  In addition we are looking for more diverse senior leaders for our organization.
