What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
We are looking for talent that not only has the technical experience that we need but also are a strong cultural fits to the organization. What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Have a well written resume with good details about skill set, project work (including value provided to your client and personal or team achievements), what you are looking for in a role, volunteer / community experience, and professional and non-professional accomplishments. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We are currently experiencing growth in our architectural and structural disciplines globally. We have multiple openings under both of these disciplines throughout our different offices. In addition to our recruitment efforts to secure the architectural and structural talent we need, we are also looking for strong project managers, project directors, and BIM / virtual design and construction (VDC) talent. The talent we are looking for will continue to drive our firm’s evolution from a traditional AEC company to a global project delivery firm.
