They value our special culture and contribute to it. They are able to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
They can demonstrate their connection to our company and culture. We rely heavily on employee recommendations to source applicants because we are a family, and we like knowing that the people that we hire are already connected to us in a personal way.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
The majority of our new hires will be in the field, including construction crews and networking specialists. We are particularly focused on hiring people who fit within our company culture. Southern Light can teach someobody how to perform a specific task, but we can't always teach someone how to care about the company, be a part of a team, and make a difference.
