We asked Social Native to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Social Good: Social Native hosts quarterly Social Good initiatives where the entire company spends a day volunteering for a cause we care about. We also run quarterly Social Good campaigns through our platform and donate $10k to that cause.
  • Workplace Transparency: We host monthly All Hands meetings where various teams go through company metrics to benchmark how we're trending. We use this as a forum to showcase the work we're doing across the organization and ask any open questions of the management team and each other.
  • Employee Events: We host monthly office outings where each department is able to pick an activity of their choice (bowling, hiking, Escape Room, etc.) for the entire company to go to. This is followed by drinks and dinner.
  • Company Trip: We have an annual company trip, where we take the entire company away for a week to celebrate our successes and accomplishments. Depending on how we performed against our goals, the trip will either be locally (LA), domestically (NYC, New Orleans, etc.) or Internationally (Paris, Cabo, etc.)
  • Open Culture: All employees, from the CEO to the intern, share a big, open area. There are no offices. There's an environment of collaboration and camaraderie between all employees. We're all working towards something great TOGETHER.
  • Local First: All offices are in prime locations within their respective cities. We value integration with the community and often take company walks and embark on spontaneous company outings around the neighborhood. When ordering food for the office, we always shop local first.
  • Fully Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with the works, from healthy snacks to sandwich foods, cereals, bagels, fruits and vegetables, and more! We even have a breakfast sandwich maker!
