Every hiring decision is made by consensus, this means that every new Smartie has been able to demonstrate throughout every interview, that they possess these qualities.

Things at Smart move extremely fast, so we are looking for prospects that think like entrepreneurs and that are looking for a dynamic environment where they will be able to leave their mark very quickly. In other words, you have to demonstrate that you have the ability to adapt and evolve, that you are passionate about flawless execution, that you can forge strong relationships and that you have the ability to work independently but are also passionate about collaborating with others. A successful candidate and employee can see the big picture and has the ability to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our overall success.
