  • Family Atmosphere: • We have various employee committees that are responsible for encouraging the following: - Coordinating social after hour events to encourage employee engagement. - Coordinating fundraising events to support and enrich our community. - Reviewing our recognition programs and providing recommendations for enhancing them. - We have a robust employee referral program that rewards $1000. This encourages employees to refer people they trust and display positive work ethics. • Gift Cards are distributed to all employees to help them purchase their holiday meal in November.
