  • Gym Membership Reimbursement: SEI provides all employees with a 50% reimbursement of their gym membership fees on a monthly basis. SEI believes in promoting overall health and wellness.
  • Charitable Hours: SEI provides ell employees with 16 charitable hours per calendar year. We believe in supporting the communities we work in and this is an easy way in which we can do something small, to promote the greater good of those communities. This year, we are participating in "Bowling for Kids," sponsored by Big Brothers Big Sisters.
  • SEI Cares: At SEI we work hard to provide for our communities. In addition to offering our employee charitable hours annually, we have the SEI Cares committee that helps employees find places to volunteer and organizes annual food drives to help our communities.
  • SEI Wellness: The SEI Wellness committee is responsible for fostering a culture of overall health at SEI, including physical health, mental health, and spiritual health. Between quarterly initiatives, contests, and education we work to have a healthy SEI Family.
  • People for Positive Culture: The PPC committee (as it is called), is responsible for organizing fun employee events throughout the year. Among some of the most popular events are decorating workspaces for birthdays and lifetime events, annual pumpkin carving contests, Halloween costume contests, and Holiday tree trimming.
  • Birthday Off: SEI believes employees should enjoy their birthday! This is why SEI offers each employee the option to take a free day off for their birthday to spend however they wish (without having to use a PTO day).

Our style here is, if you have the will- we can train the skill. We are looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, willingness to adapt to change, and passion for what they do.

Yes! Not only are we opening up new offices each year, we also grow a lot internally. Typically, we have a lot of opportunity with sales and engineering roles, but as our offices expand- we also will expand our more operational roles too.
