What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
First, it has to be clear that they embody our 4H values. How they interact with us during the interview process and how they represent themselves within their professional networks and on professional social media sites are all opportunities for us to learn if we have shared values. Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We'll continue to add Gridders in all functions over the next year, especially within Engineering and Product Development. Over the next few years, as we scale from $100M in revenue and beyond, and continue our high growth arc as a publicly traded company, we are looking for candidates that have similar experiences of helping companies grow, evolve, and mature. The ability to adapt to change and bring new ideas to the table makes us better, faster.
