We have found the most successful employees to be individuals who join with an honest desire to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. Actual marketing experience isn’t always a necessity here, but we do appreciate self-starters, who can hit the ground running and research items they may not immediately understand. Scorpion is a competitive company, so those who have a natural desire to inch above their coworkers in performance metrics, deadlines, upsells and quality of work will feel right at home. As with most competitive teams, there is also a sense of camaraderie and family. Scorpion is a home away from home. We are looking for organized and detail oriented members to add to our family.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
When we are recruiting we review a number of basic factors in applications:

Needs are ever changing at Scorpion. That’s what makes our company so exciting, but sometimes tough for potential new employees. One week we may focus heavily on hiring for our marketing teams and then the next week we may need a bunch of new project managers in delivery.
