We look for a strong SEL-fit, someone who exemplifies the SEL values and philosophies. Candidates are asked to provide examples of SEL values such as ownership, creativity, quality, and customer focus in previous roles as well as explain why these values are important to them.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Show excellent communication skills through the clear and meticulous presentation of their resume and application materials.  While stable work history in their field of expertise is important, a prospective employee really stands out when he or she shows a passion for his or her craft and has experience in our industry.  Once in the interview process, candidates differentiate themselves from others when they are professional, positive, courteous, and energetic and are able to show how their personality and values match SEL Values and culture.
