At Rulesware we hire creative problem solvers .... smart, passionate people who enjoy a challenge and are focused on client success.  We look for warm, inquisitive people with a high sense of integrity.  We love to hear from people who are passionate about customers, love to learn, and who believe in going above and beyond what is expected.  Rulesware provides enormous opportunites for advancement, and is a very open & collaborative work environment.  Our best candidates are people who work well in teams, and who want to grow as we grow.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Are there any unusual or especially rigorous steps of your hiring process that candidates should be aware of?

With a distributed workforce and an executive team who is often on the road, candidates should expect to interview first by telephone or Skype.  If you are offered a position at Rulesware, you'll often work remotely with team members in other locations, so your interview is a great opportunity to show us that you're comfortable connecting this way.  Candidates will meet a number of team members, as part of the interviewing process.  We look forward to hearing from you!
