  • Power Your Education Scholarship Program: Every day RSM professionals deliver The Power of Being Understood® to today's middle market leaders, globally. We’re proud to support students—the leaders of tomorrow—through our national scholarship program, granting 10 students with $10,000 scholarships and an invitation to participate in RSM's externship program.
  • RSM US Foundation University Giving: The RSM US Foundation kicked off its official university giving program this year with a $1m chaired professorship at the University of Iowa. Additional gifts have been made since then.
  • Birdies Fore Love: RSM's Birdies Fore Love program is a giving platform tied to The RSM Classic golf tournament. RSM offices select charities aligned with the RSM US Foundation's mission to receive funds raised through BFL. Last year, we were able to donate $1.5 million through BFL.
  • 90-90-9: In celebration of RSM's 90th anniversary in 2016, we launched 90-90-9: Pursue Your passion, which gave 9 employees $90K ($10K each) to fulfill a dream. The program was such a success, we're repeating it this year, with another 9 employees purusing their passions.
  • Accolades: RSM employees have the opportunity to send and receive "Accolades" - real time recognition of others. These come in the form of e-cards and points, which employees can redeem for items within an online store.
  • Take One: Take One is based on the simple principle that we can enhance the RSM Talent Experience by taking one opportunity each day to help someone feel cared about, mentored, developed and engaged. It is as simple as taking someone to coffee or lunch, taking them on a client or prospect visit, or even just taking a minute to say hello and ask about someone's weekend.
  • Employee Network Groups: The firm’s employee network groups bring together people from across the organization in the spirit of inclusion. Each network provides its members with support, learning, growth and development. There are 11 national employee networks, and membership in these groups is open to all.
  • Volunteer Day: One day a year, employees are invited to step away from their desks and spend time giving back to the community where they live and work. Thousands of employees sign up for local volunteer events that take place in shifts, or for a few hours during the day, to maximize the opportunities for employees to participate in a way that fits work and personal schedules and commitments.
  • Extended Care Cash Program: This program reimburses up to $1,500 annually for backup child or elder care expenses if an employee works outside of their regular schedule (e.g., longer hours, weekend work, overnight travel).

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We are continuously seeking dynamic, energetic high-performing individuals to join our fast-paced, client-focused organization. Our employees excel at working in teams, while simultaneously making strong individual contributions. They must also develop deep understanding of our middle market clients’ needs, and be laser-focused on helping our clients achieve success by providing the best possible service based on each individual clients’ needs.
