Have knowledge of our organization and be a student of our culture, not just the ability to memorize our philosophy statements, but know the meaning and values behind the words and be a natural champion of it.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Experienced staffing professionals with a strong direct hire or professional services (legal, accounting and finance or IT) staffing background. We're also focused the year on growing the number of senior level sales directors who excel at developing partnerships with enterprise accounts. As we continue to grow, our core teams need to have these anchors in place.
