Perks and Programs

We asked Rosendin Electric to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • ESOP: All qualified employees are provided with Rosendin stock and the satisfaction of being a proud employee owner. As Rosendin grows and excels, our share price grows as well, which directly benefits our employee owners.
  • ESOP Month Celebration: Each year, to highlight the success of Rosendin's ESOP, we dedicate a month for events, giveaways, competitions, and other activities for our employee owners. In the past, we've had different offices compete to build the best structure made entirely out of canned goods. This didn't just allow teams to have fun, but it also encouraged a big food drive. Having an entire month dedicated to the success of ESOP every year is a great way to for employee owner owners to feel proud and celebrate the company they work for.
  • Office Mixers and Galas: We provide a variety of events put together and planned in each of our offices. We have a formal event each year where the employee owner can bring someone along to celebrate with their fellow employee owners. We also throw an annual family function for employee owners to spend time with their loved ones. Usually, we find a big picnic area in an amusement park, prepare a feast, and play games that the whole family can enjoy together.
  • REIfit: Employee owners participate in health classes and competitions that take place both in office and online. Through these classes and competitions, they can earn points that can lead to gift cards and even discounts on medical premiums. To further promote healthy living, we have fresh fruit provided weekly for everyone to enjoy.
  • REI Training (Onsite and Paid): We provide a training website that offers 417 self-paced online modules and 78 instructor-led virtual classes. We also have a training staff of 15 that bring live, on demand training to all of our offices across the country. If we do not offer a class through any of our own in-house resources, we will pay for an employee to take a class through an outside company.
  • Holiday Parties: Each of our locations host a holiday party for employee owners and their significant others. Usually held in December, our parties can include various activities like music, dancing, prizes, and much more.
  • Employee Mobile App: All Rosendin employee owners have access to our mobile app. Features on the app include things like up-to-date news about the company, an employee directory, etc. Mainly, the app serves as a platform for employee owners to easily connect with each other.
  • Wireless Discount Program: Employee owners are eligible for exclusive discounts from cellular providers like Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint. Discounts can be applied for monthly calling plans and other phone accessories.
  • Service Award Recognition: Each year Rosendin holds a service award recognition dinner.  Beginning with an employee owner’s 10th anniversary, and continuing every 5 years thereafter, an employee is invited to attend and celebrate with their family and peers.  Awards and gifts are presented at the event and a published program is created for everyone to enjoy.
  • Education Reimbursement: Our employee owners can request education reimbursement, up to $3000 per year, based on a sliding scale toward a degree program with no lifetime maximum. This includes supplies as well as tuition.
