What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
A good fit for Rosano Partners will be someone that has a competitive spirit, but doesn't want a competitive office. He/she should have a consistent personality and want to work together with others to contribute to a better atmosphere in commercial real estate. He/she should share our values of openness and diversity and be able to balance a professional demeanor with a sense of humor. We want to maintain the commrodery and fun had by our employees as we grow, and we want new hires to share this aim.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
Prospective employees can express that they share our values, either directly in an interview or by highlighting it in their previous experiences. For instance, this could mean being creative with showing how they are different and not like the typical candidate. Or this could mean demonstrating an interest in our company and our unique approach to commercial real estate. They should have some sense of how they stand out and how they can contribute to how we stand out. Or they could send us money.
