Perks and Programs

We asked to share a few programs they feel really capture what's unique about their workplace. Here is what they had to say.

  • Transparency: Annual and quarterly meetings, held by our Founders, provide detailed insight into company KPIs, goals, and real-time metrics. We believe sharing information leads to stronger engagement and creates alignment toward our shared vision.
  • Parental Leave Benefit: As RevZilla has grown and changed, so have the needs of our employees. This year, we introduced a parental leave benefit, covering two fully paid weeks of leave for all new parents. We believe fathers and mothers deserve the same level of support when starting or growing a family, regardless of how that family is defined. Parental leave does not replace FMLA, short-term disability, PTO, or any other family leave provided by the state or federal government.
  • Riding Reimbursement: It’s no secret; our mission is to advance the experience of the motorcycle enthusiast. We couldn’t think of a better way to stay close to the industry and encourage involvement in new riding activities than to provide a riding reimbursement benefit! Zillans who are interested in expanding riding resumes, or want to learn how to ride, are eligible for a riding reimbursement of up to $250 per year!
  • An 8-foot Prize Wheel: With great power comes great responsibility: The chances of winning a $100 gift card are equal to the chances of getting ZLAonked (i.e. given an orange outfit, wig, and face paint and being required to wear the ensemble through an entire workday). Wheel Spins are a fixture at's weekly All Hands Meetings.
  • A Skate Ramp: A dream come true for one of's Co-Founders would be for Tony Hawk to come visit and skate on the halfpipe. In the meantime, the ramp is fully-insured and is available for all Zillans to use, provided they have signed a waiver and wear appropriate gear.
  • Onsite Gym / Yoga: boot-strapped itself and shoe-stringed its gym. As the company has grown, so has the fitness equipment budget: The gym has benches, weight racks, a rower, tread mills, and a universal gym; there is also a laundry room along with men's and women's locker rooms with showers. Employees can also take advantage of company-sponsored, after-hours yoga classes held on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. Zillans find time throughout the day to fit in a workout.
  • Weekly Catered Lunches: Being in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, lunch options are few and far between. So every Tuesday the company brings lunch to its employees. You can tell when the line-up is a hit because of the happy conversation bubbling out from the Hub (break room).
  • Unlimited Gaming: Foosball? We have that. Ping-pong and pool tables? We have those too. They are in the game room with every playing system you can think of, as well as several arcade games.
  • A 14-foot Trampoline: When expanded its office space and moved its Stella Elite Rated Gear Geeks to a new place on the floor plan, something had to be done with the empty space.

How to Get Hired

We asked for some inside information on how to get hired at the organization. Here is what they had to say.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

A default speed setting of "Hustle" Loves to set goals and crush them Plays well with others Loves learning Grit "No job too small" mentality An immeasurable desire to win Persistence

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

The best way to get our attention is to take advantage of the question posed in our hiring portal that asks, "What makes you unique?" We are amazed by the creative and sometimes outrageous responses to that question. It is a prospective employee's first opportunity to show us some flair. Applicants stand a better chance of getting eyes on their resume if they entertain us with their response.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are actively recruiting digital athletes who can help us continue dominating our industry in the eCommerce space; digital and performance marketing, web and data analytics, developers who love to ship beautiful code, and of course, motorcycle enthusiasts who are passionate about the customer experience.

What should interested candidates do to find out more and get started?
