  • Transparency : Annual and quarterly meetings, held by our Founders, provide detailed insight into company KPIs, goals, and real-time metrics. We believe sharing information leads to stronger engagement and creates alignment toward our shared vision.
  • An 8-foot Prize Wheel: With great power comes great responsibility: The chances of winning a $100 gift card are equal to the chances of getting ZLAonked (i.e. given an orange outfit, wig, and face paint and being required to wear the ensemble through an entire workday). Wheel Spins are a fixture at RevZilla.com's weekly All Hands Meetings.
  • A Skate Ramp: A dream come true for one of RevZilla.com's Co-Founders would be for Tony Hawk to come visit and skate on the halfpipe. In the meantime, the ramp is fully-insured and is available for all Zillans to use, provided they have signed a waiver and wear appropriate gear.
  • Onsite Gym / Yoga: RevZilla.com boot-strapped itself and shoe-stringed its gym. As the company has grown, so has the fitness equipment budget: The gym has benches, weight racks, a rower, tread mills, and a universal gym; there is also a laundry room along with men's and women's locker rooms with showers. Employees can also take advantage of company-sponsored, after-hours yoga classes held on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. Zillans find time throughout the day to fit in a workout.
  • Weekly Catered Lunches: Being in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, lunch options are few and far between. So every Tuesday the company brings lunch to its employees. You can tell when the line-up is a hit because of the happy conversation bubbling out from the Hub (break room).
  • Unlimited Gaming: Foosball? We have that. Ping-pong and pool tables? We have those too. They are in the game room with every playing system you can think of, as well as several arcade games.
  • A 14-foot Trampoline: When RevZilla.com expanded its office space and moved its Stella Elite Rated Gear Geeks to a new place on the floor plan, something had to be done with the empty space.
