  • Parental Leave Benefit: As RevZilla has grown and changed, so have the needs of our employees. This year, we introduced a parental leave benefit, covering two fully paid weeks of leave for all new parents. We believe fathers and mothers deserve the same level of support when starting or growing a family, regardless of how that family is defined. Parental leave does not replace FMLA, short-term disability, PTO, or any other family leave provided by the state or federal government.
  • Riding Reimbursement: It’s no secret; our mission is to advance the experience of the motorcycle enthusiast. We couldn’t think of a better way to stay close to the industry and encourage involvement in new riding activities than to provide a riding reimbursement benefit! Zillans who are interested in expanding riding resumes, or want to learn how to ride, are eligible for a riding reimbursement of up to $250 per year!
  • Road to Wellbeing: Our wellness programs focus on providing resources that empower our employees to take control of their lives and experience total wellbeing, inside and outside of work. From the physical and emotional side to the social, financial, and community side.
  • Laps Around the Track: RevZilla’s Laps Around the Track Program recognizes and rewards employees who have hit milestone years of service. In line with our company’s mission is to advance the experience of the motorcycle enthusiast, we reward our employees with an experience of their own! Employees can choose anything from skydiving to dining at a Michelin star restaurant.
  • Onsite Gym / Yoga: boot-strapped itself and shoe-stringed its gym. As the company has grown, so has the fitness equipment budget: The gym has benches, weight racks, a rower, tread mills, and a universal gym; there is also a laundry room along with men's and women's locker rooms with showers. Employees can also take advantage of company-sponsored, after-hours yoga classes held on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. Zillans find time throughout the day to fit in a workout.
  • Weekly Catered Lunches: Being in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, lunch options are few and far between. So every Tuesday the company brings lunch to its employees. You can tell when the line-up is a hit because of the happy conversation bubbling out from the Hub (break room).
  • Unlimited Gaming: Foosball? We have that. Ping-pong and pool tables? We have those too. They are in the game room with every playing system you can think of, as well as several arcade games.
  • Inside Track: Inside Track provides a “look through the turn” or, a job shadow experience, with fellow Zillans in other departments! This program offers all Zillans the opportunity to spend time learning more about the responsibilities of a team member in another department. Shadowers can become more familiar with the responsibilities, processes, and challenges of their coworkers.
  • Volunteer Time Off: Employees are provided with 16 hours of paid, volunteer time off per year. The purpose of RevZilla’s volunteer program is to engage its employees and leverage their talents through a program designed to connect employees with volunteer opportunities that speak to their passions and to recognize and reward employees for their contributions to the community.
