The best way to get our attention is to take advantage of the question posed in our hiring portal that asks, "What makes you unique?" We are amazed by the creative and sometimes outrageous responses to that question. It is a prospective employee's first opportunity to show us some flair. Applicants stand a better chance of getting eyes on their resume if they entertain us with their response.
